I make this cake all the time! It's really quick to make, nearly as fast as whipping up a cake mix. Plus, the ingredients are cheap and it's vegan! I've made this for company or just for us. Everyone loves a chocolate cake. I like it with chocolate buttercream frosting. Use any frosting recipe you like.
