Focaccia

I try a lot of new recipes. Then, if they are really good, I post them on this blog.

My Aunt Jessica is a great cook, and she also has a cooking blog. I recently tried her recipe for FOCACCIA (Italian bread), and it was absolutely delicious and so easy! Really, this is the easiest yeast bread I've ever made. No kneading involved. You can't mess it up! It's got a crispy crust with nice chewy center. It's divine.

Half the recipe was more than enough for my small family. The bread is best straight out of the oven. It would be a good accompaniment to an Italian meal or just as a snack! Make it for company; they'll be wowed.
