Lemon-Poppy Seed Pound Cake

This is good. You make it in a loaf pan, so it's a loaf cake that you slice. It's not too sweet, and the lemon flavor is refreshing. I think this would be good at any time of year. It would be a good food gift too.
I used 1 whole egg in place of the 2 egg whites, so 2 whole eggs total. Don't forget to add the glaze. It's really yummy.
